If you experience an issue with the Legion LTC Application, please send us the following feedback report. This report will allow us to investigate the issue you are experiencing in depth.
To send Legion a Feedback Report (logs)
- Login into Kiosk and you will see the screen with Pin Pad like below:
- After that you will see 3 dots ( ... ) on the right hand side top corner like the below. Click on it and you will see a link to Manage
- Now you will be presented a screen to login again. Login with the Manager credentials.
- Once you login you will see a screen like below. With 2 Buttons.
- Click Send Diagnostics
- Legion will review your LTC Feedback Report. If additional clarification is required for the issue you experienced, a Legion Support Agent will contact you.
Now that the logs have been sent to our S3 server, It's also important to gather the device ID the logs were shared from, so it can quickly be found on the S3 server.
- On the LTC app, go on the Three Dots (or three lines) -> About Legion
