The Legion Learning Experience is a centralized training hub designed to help teams quickly build proficiency and get more value from Legion. It offers self-paced product onboarding, module-specific training, and structured learning paths that support adoption and ongoing skill development for the people who run Legion day-to-day: your administrators, IT team, and area owners.
Accessing the Legion Learning Experience
Already have an account? Follow the steps below:
- Navigate to learn.legion.co
- Click “Login”, then select “Forgot password?”
- Enter your company email address
- You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password
- Return to learn.legion.co and sign in using the new password you created
Need access?
- Navigate to learn.legion.co
- Click “Request access" and complete the linked form
- If approved, Legion Training team will provision your access within 72 business hours.
How to Purchase Paid Training
Some courses have a fee associated, which you'll see displayed on the course page. Click the price to add the course to your cart, then proceed to checkout. Custom guidance banners appear at each step to help you navigate the process.

How Checkout Works
- Paid courses require a Purchase Order (PO) or Direct Invoice — no credit card
- Access is granted immediately upon order submission — billing is handled as a follow-up step
- If purchasing for others, enrollment keys and access links are sent to you via confirmation email
Step 1 — Payment Overview
Displayed before you enter any information. Sets expectations on payment method and access timeline.
Key message: PO and Direct Invoice only. No credit card accepted. Access activates within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
Step 2 — Account Information
Displayed when you review your name and email. This information appears on your enrollment record, invoice, and certificate.
Key message: Use your work email. If purchasing for someone else, enter their name and email — not yours.
Step 3 — Payment Method
Displayed at the payment screen. Always select Purchase Order, then use the PO number field to indicate your billing preference.
Key message:
- Have a PO? Enter the PO number in the field.
- Need an invoice? Type Invoice Requested and include the billing contact email.
Step 4 — Order Confirmation
Displayed after your order is submitted. Access is active immediately.
Key message:
- Purchased for yourself: Go to My Courses and start learning now.
- Purchased for others: Check your confirmation email for enrollment keys and access links to forward to learners.
Troubleshooting
Can't find your enrollment keys? Check your confirmation email first. If you no longer have access to that email, contact training@legion.co to request your enrollment key.
