Forgot your password?

Forgot your Legion password? Follow the next steps to reset it. 

1. If you're already logged in, first make sure you're logged out

2. Open the web Console or your Legion mobile app

3. Tap on the Forgot your login information link.

4. Enter your Last Name and Email Address OR Phone number

5. You will receive an email if you provided an email address. If you provided a phone number, you will receive a text message.

6. If you chose the email option, click the link in your email and enter your last name, the code should already be entered for you.  If you entered a phone number, check the text message, copy the code and paste the reset code into the app screen.

7. Enter your new password

*Note: the unique code expires in 90 min. If you do not update in time, you can request again.

8. Your password should now be reset
