When you no longer work for an employer that uses Legion services you have the option to request your personal data to be deleted from the system.
Important! Following this process means you will no longer be able to use the Legion app. If you try to perform this process when there is an active engagement you will get the following message and the "Delete Account" process will not be able to be completed:
The process for this request is very simple and you can complete it using the Legion Mobile App or the Console (Web browser) following the next steps.
How to Delete in the Legion Mobile App
- Open the Legion App and select Settings
- Select "Manage your Legion Profile"
- Select the "Delete Account" option
- Confirm by selecting "Delete Legion Profile":
- Next you will need to verify your identity:
- You will receive a notification message with the verification code, like in the following example:
- After validating your identity the process will be completed
- After the process was successfully completed you will receive a confirmation like the following one:
How to Delete in the Legion Console (Web Browser)
- Open your Profile Settings using a web browser
- Once in Profile Settings you will see the "Delete Account" section. Here you need to click in the "Delete" button and a new window will pop up:
- Confirm by selecting "Delete Legion Profile":
- Next you will need to verify your identity
- You will receive a notification message with the verification code, like in the following example
- Go back to the browser were you started the process and use the confirmation code
- After validating your identity the process will be completed
- After the process was successfully completed you will receive a confirmation like the following one
NOTE: If you try to perform this process when there is an active engagement you will get the following message and the "Delete Account" process will not be able to be completed:
