Solution Steps: To help you address this issue, we suggest the following steps:
1. Change Your Device Language:
- Go to your device's language settings.
- Choose "English" as your primary language.
2. Uninstall and Reinstall the App:
- Access your device's app settings.
- Find our app and select the option to uninstall it.
- After uninstalling, restart your device.
3. Reinstall the App:
- Visit your device's app store.
- Search for our app and reinstall it.
4. Try Logging In Again:
- After reinstalling the app, attempt to log in again.
- Check if the issue persists.
